Equipment is staged, configured, tested and kitted in our lab before it ships, so it's ready to install when it arrives.
Much of a successful deployment happens before anything reaches your site. In 2021, CPT Network Solutions moved into a larger facility with a much larger warehouse, which serves as a staging area and customer lab where our team prepares equipment before it’s deployed on site.
When devices arrive configured, tested and kitted for each location, installs go faster and you avoid out-of-scope delays and costs. The lab supports our technology deployments and our depot repair program.

Staging and configuration
We install the applications your devices need and configure each one to your specifications, so it's ready to go on site.

Burn-in testing
Systems are tested in the lab to find product failures before they ship, not after they're installed.

Kitting and bundling
Components for each location are bundled into a site-specific kit that arrives ready to install.

Inspection of returned hardware
Damaged hardware from the field is shipped back to the lab for inspection and evaluation by our certified team.
