SMS Program Terms
These terms apply to the CPT Network Solutions text messaging program for field service partners.
- Program name and sender: CPT Network Solutions, Inc.
- Program description: CPT sends work-related text messages to field service partners (subcontractor technicians) who have agreed to receive them. Messages include work order assignments, scheduling and schedule changes, site and access information, and status or completion reminders. We do not send marketing or promotional messages by text.
- Consent: you receive these messages only after you have given express written consent, for example on your field service partner agreement or onboarding form. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
- Message frequency: message frequency varies with work activity.
- Costs: message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.
- Help: reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at info@cptnetworks.com or 630.735.7000.
- Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: your mobile number and consent information are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
